The magic uploader is only compatible with ResMed devices. It automatically uploads your Cpap therapy data to SleepHQ via your home Wi-Fi.

Important: The Magic Uploader comes with a one-year warranty. The ResMed AirSense11 devices have OTA (over-the-air) firmware update functionality; as such, ResMed can remotely update your device with new firmware anytime. ResMed could push an OTA update that stops Magic Uploader compatibility or encrypts the data. We believe the risk is very small, but it’s important to know.

You can limit ResMeds access to your device in 2 ways.

1. Enable flight mode. This will turn off the cellular modem, which is how ResMed connects to your device.
2. Switch off power to your device when not in use. ResMed will not update the firmware when the machine is in use, and if there’s no power when not in use, the firmware will not update. You can do this by unplugging the power cable from your device or turning the switch off at the wall.
